Colorful Netherlands
The Netherlands are colorful. The scene shows a mixture of all sorts of shades of skin color. Behind these colors there is a diversity of cultures, norms, values, religions, habits, customs and beliefs. It is a hidden wealth that deserves to be on the surface. These different backgrounds can be inspiring and enriching for everyone.

In the practice of everyday life, this variety is also a source of obstruction, distance, and miscommunication. This is unfortunate and comes at the expense of well-being that can be experienced.
Experience
From my own life and professional experience as a coach, I’ve noticed that the current Dutch methods and strategies for integration do not always catch on. This can lead to hindrance in the growth of the individual human being and also in the growth of the colorful society.
Proces of Integration
The melting together of my own integration experiences and expertise as integration coach, has led to the creation of the office Coach2Change. Through various activities such as coaching, training and learning, I empower people, both individually and as organizations, in their intercultural integration process.
My main point here is that I make people realize that all the apparent obstacles, impasses and impossibilities understand good breeding grounds for great opportunities to grow in your own development and within the society.
